Matcha soft cookies 抹茶松软曲奇(中英食谱教程)



This recipe is adpated and modified from the famous Granny Boyd's chocolate cookies by Nigella Lawson. It's simple to make using just four ingredients. The texture of this cookie is a firm top but not hard and will slightly melt in your mouth. It's so deliciously good and even more fragrant with the use of homemade vanilla sugar! 

这食谱是改自著名女厨师Nigella Lawson 的Granny Boyd 巧克力曲奇。单单只用四种食材就能简易地做出这款好吃的松软曲奇了!我还用了自制的香草糖,味道更加美味!




Matcha Soft Cookies 
抹茶松软曲奇
(recipe adapted and modified from simplyhdesigns,  中文食谱由Baking Taitai翻译)



Ingredients: (makes about 20 cookies)
150g self-raising flour
15g pure matcha powder
125g unsalted butter (room temperature)
65g caster sugar (I used homemade vanilla sugar, click 'here' for recipe)



食材:(可做约20片)

150克 自发面粉
15克 纯抹茶粉
125克 无盐奶油(室温)
65克 细砂糖(我用自制香草糖,点击“这里”看食谱)



Method 方法:


1. Sieve the flour and matcha powder together, mix well and set aside.
1。面粉与抹茶粉一起过筛,搅拌均匀,备用。




2. Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy. 
2。牛油与糖一起搅打至蓬松。




3. Fold in the flour mixture and mix till it form a dough.
3。加入面粉,混合均匀成为无粉粒的团状。





4. Divide the dough equally into walnut-sized balls (each ball about 17~18 grams), roll it round and arrange it on the baking tray laid with non-stick baking paper or mat. Flatten these balls with the back of the fork.
4。面团均匀分成像核桃大小的块状(每块约17-18克),每块在手心中搓圆,间隔整齐排放在铺上不占烤纸的烤盘中。用叉子稍微压扁。




5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celcius for 5 minutes, then turn the temperature down to 150 degrees Celcius and bake for a further 10~15 minutes.
5。放入预热烤箱以170摄氏度先烤5分钟,再把烤箱温度降低到150摄氏度继续烤10~ 15分钟。 




6. Remove from the oven and transfer to cool on a wiring rack before storing in an air-tight container.
6。从烘箱中取出,转移到凉网,等完全凉透后可密封保存。
