I have a pomelo sitting on my kitchen counter top since Chinese New Year. So, when my hubby bought some Thai honey bee mangoes last weekend, I quickly used both fruits to make one of my favourite dessert - Mango Sago Pomelo. It is a popular Hong Kong dessert which can be made easily at home. Just follow the simple steps below and you can enjoy it in no time.
