Strawberry Ice-Cream Recipe & Blog Anniversary GiveAway 草莓冰淇淋 (中英加图对照食谱)




My friend, Marie, bought me this premium 100% pure Strawberry Powder from Taiwan some time ago and I have used it to make this simple 4 ingredients Strawberry Ice-Cream. My teenager commented that it tasted like Hagaan Dazs Strawberry ice-cream when she took her first mouthful. Indeed it does and it's awfully delicious! Homemade ice-cream is pretty simple to make with just 4 ingredients and most important it is free from artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives.  

朋友从台湾带回来的100%纯天然特级草莓粉,最近拿来做草莓冰淇淋,味道微甜美味。女儿尝了一口,赞不绝口说味道太像“哈根达斯” (Hagaan Dazs) 的草莓雪糕!自制冰淇淋容易做,只需四种食材,最重要是不含人工色素,化学香料与防腐剂,吃了也安心。

Ingredients: 
430ml heavy whipping cream 鲜奶油 (at least 36~40% fat 用36~40%脂肪的)
220ml fresh milk 鲜牛奶
80g sugar 糖
30g 100% pure premium strawberry powder 纯天然特级草莓粉





Note: Different brand of ingredients have different composites, thus there may be a slight difference in the end result.
注:不同品牌的材料有不同的复合材料,所以最终成品有可能稍有不同。


Method 方法:

1. Warm up 120ml milk and dissolve sugar completely in milk before putting in the strawberry powder. Stir and mix well together. 

1. 120毫升牛奶煮热,加入糖搅拌至糖完全溶化,再加入草莓粉搅拌均匀。





2. Put the 
remaining milk and whipping cream into the ice-cream maker tin, followed by the strawberry milk mixture. Mix well before chilling in the freezer for one hour. (If you do not own an ice-cream maker, put the combined mixture into a freezer safe container and place it in the freezer. Remove every 1 hour to stir with a fork, repeat for 4~5 times as this will improve the texture and prevents the ice-cream from being icy. You may eat it like soft serve or frozen hard. ) 

2. 
剩余的牛奶和鲜奶油倒入冰淇淋容器,再加入草莓牛奶混合物,拌均匀后,放入冰箱冷冻大约一小时。如果没有家用冰淇淋器,把混合物直接倒入冷冻安全的容器,并放置在冰箱里。每隔一小时,拿叉子搅拌。重复4~5次,直到冰淇淋变凝固。这样冰淇淋的口感才会滑顺醇厚。)






3. Once chilled, process in the ice-cream maker for 50~60 minutes. Serve directly as soft serve from the ice-cream maker.

享用。




4. OR transfer to a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze in the refrigerator until solid before serving.

4。或转移到冷冻安全的容器,盖好再放进冰箱,冷冻直到凝固再享用。
