Durian is in season now and I have made these awfully delicious Mao Shan Wang (MSW) durian puddings. It is really quick and easy to make as preparation only takes 15 minutes! Highly and strongly recommend you to try it!

Quick & Simple Durian Pudding - Highly Recommended!

Ingredients: (makes 5 pudding bottles)
150g durian flesh (please use Mao Shan Wang, which has a bittersweet taste, rich and creamy texture)
40g caster sugar
280 ml fresh milk
2¼ tsp gelatin powder
50ml water
Note: Different brand of ingredients have different composites, thus there may be a slight difference in the end result.

Method 方法:
1. In a small bowl, soak and soften the gelatin in water. Set aside.

4. Transfer the durian mixture into pudding bottles and let cooled. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for a few hours to set it before serving. Best consumed within 24 hours.

Hi..Good Day..would like to know that if i wanna do for 20 pax of pudding, how to count the volume of the ingredient ?

Hi Joee, as mentioned this recipe amount makes 5 pudding bottles, if you are making for 20 pax, just multiply the ingredients by 4 times will do. Or you can make more, in case some may like to have a second helping. ;)
