Yuzu Jam Loaf 柚子酱面包 (中英食谱教程)




A nice and refreshing loaf of bread, simply love the sweet fragrance of citron tea! 

营养丰富的柚子茶,不只可以冲泡喝,也可以用来做面包。面包烤出来时还有股淡淡的柚子香味呢...


Yuzu Jam Loaf 
柚子酱面包 
(中文食谱取自“百变面包机”烘焙书, English recipe translated by baking taitai

Ingredients: (750g loaf) 

375g bread flour (I used Blue Jacket bread flour)
75g yuzu jam (citron tea) 
4g instant dry yeast
6g salt
225ml water
23g unsalted butter





My 10kg sack of bread flour!  


食材:(750克 面包)

375克 高筋面粉 (我用水手牌强力粉
75克 柚子果酱
4克 干酵母
6克 盐
225毫升 开水
23克 无盐奶油




Method 做法:
1. Place water first follow by the rest of ingredients in sequence (except butter) into the breadmaker pan.  
1。将所有食材(牛油除外)依次放入面包桶。




2. Select 'Sweet' program, loaf size and crust colour on your breadmaker. 

2。选择“甜面包程序,面包尺寸和外皮颜色。 




3.Press start, it will knead for a few minutes before it stops. Add butter at this stage.

3。按下启动键,它会揉几分钟再停止。在这个阶段加入牛油。






4. Let machine do the rest of the work. 
4。让机器做剩余的工作。


5. Remove from breadmaker when the program ends and transfer the bread to cool on a wiring rack for at least half an hour before slicing. 
5。程序结束后,将面包取出面包机,转移到架子上冷却至少半小时, 再切片。

Baked it last nite but made a small mistake coz didn't read full instructions, put all in including butter! Luckily bread still turns out soft ! Thanks for sharing this easy BM recipe!

Hi Cheryl, your recipe call for 750g loaf...but i only need 500g loaf... how do i adjust the recipe to meet my need. Thanks for your advice.

PS: Just bought my KW BM 250g recently.. really happy to found your blog with so many inspiring recipe.

Hi Viincent, sorry for the late reply as I just return from overseas after a month's vacation. To make 500g loaf, just multiply all ingredients by 3/4 and round off to the nearest.
