Nutella Swirl Vanilla Ice-Cream 榛子酱香草冰淇淋 (中英食谱教程)

I am using the Tovolo Ice-cream scoop which provides the perfect scoop and keeps the counter clean. 

According to Straits Times report few days ago, Singapore will be expecting dry and warm months ahead due to the prevailing El Nino weather phenomenon and the weatherman forecasts that the region would be drier and warmer than usual until September or early October.
To keep myself cool in this hot weather, I frequent the swimming pool more often and make popsicles and ice-cream every 2~3 days! Last week, I shared the awfully delicious Salted Caramel ice-cream recipe and it was very well received. Today, I am going to share a personal favourite homemade ice-cream with you and hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!  :)

Nutella Swirl Vanilla Ice-Cream  
榛子酱香草冰淇淋 
(Baking Taitai's personal recipe)

Ingredients: 
475ml heavy whipping cream (I used Milac whipping cream with 38% fat)
220ml fresh milk 
90g brown sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
120g nutella  




食材:

475毫升 鲜奶油(我用含有38%脂肪的MILAC鲜奶油
220毫升 鲜牛奶
90克 黑糖
1茶匙 纯香草精
120克 榛子酱


Method 方法:

1. Pour the milk and sugar into a medium bowl and whisk until the sugar has dissolved. 
1。牛奶和糖放入一个中碗搅拌至糖溶化。




2. Stir in the whipping cream and vanilla extract. Chill in fridge for one hour. 
2。拌入鲜奶油和纯香草精。放入冰箱冷藏大约一小时。 






3. Once chilled, process in the ice-cream maker for 50~60 minutes. 
3。冷却后,放入冰淇淋机搅拌50~60分钟。




4. Put Nutella into a piping bag. Pipe Nutella into the ice-cream mixture through the lid opening during the last 5 minutes of mixing. 
4。把榛子酱放入挤花袋。在制作冰淇淋程序的最后5分钟,将榛子酱挤入香草冰淇淋





5. Ice cream is ready to serve at the end of the process. 
5。冰淇淋制作过程结束后就可享用了。

Hi Cheryl,

Good that you are making and enjoying lots of ice cream to beat the heat. I missed those days of sweating and enjoying ice cream... LOL! Two more months of winter to go for me!!!

Hi Cheryl, oh yes ice-cream! But I will put on weight if consume too much creamy yummy ice-cream like this one! I love Nutella too ! Can't resist :D
