Blueberry Frozen Yogurt 蓝莓冷冻优格(中英食谱教程)

I am using the Tovolo Ice-cream scoop which provides the perfect scoop and keeps the counter clean. 


A super healthy dessert to chase away the hot and humid weather blue! Joining in the fun of making frozen yogurt together with my blogger friends and posting in our blog today. Thanks to Zoe and Fion for initiating this in support of LTU yogurt theme and BREE dessert theme. Let's chill together! Cheers!

Blueberry Yogurt Ice-Cream 
蓝莓冷冻优格 


Ingredients:
250g Blueberries 
675ml Honey Greek Yogurt (add 2 tablespoons of honey if you are using plain greek yogurt or plain yogurt)
100g Brown Sugar




食材:

250克 蓝莓
675毫升 蜂蜜希腊酸奶 如果用的是纯希腊优格或普通优格,请加两匙蜂蜜)
100克 赤糖/黑糖


Method 做法:

1. Wash the blueberries, puree it before adding brown sugar and blend to mix together. 
1。蓝莓洗净,放入搅拌机搅成泥状,再加入黑塘,搅拌至混合。


2. Add the blueberry puree to the yogurt and mixed well. 
2。蓝莓泥加入优格搅拌均匀。




3. Process the mixture in an ice-cream maker for 50 minutes. When finished, pour the frozen yogurt into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze in the refrigerator until solid before serving. (If you do not own an ice-cream maker, after step 2, transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and place it in the freezer. Remove after 2 hours, stir with a fork and put it back into the freezer to freeze till desired hardness. )

3。把蓝莓优格混合物放入冰淇淋器,搅拌50分钟。搅拌结束后,倒入冷冻安全的容器,盖好再放进冰箱,冷冻直到凝固。
(如果没有家用冰淇淋器,在第二做法之后,倒入冷冻安全的容器,并放置在冰箱里。两小时后,从冰箱拿出来,用叉子挖松再继续冷冻至喜好的软硬度即可。)
