Have you heard of Lessons Go Where (LGW) ? I haven't until I was approached to collaborate with them to host my own baking class.
LGW is Singapore’s first online marketplace for FUN lessons! I am pleased to announce that I will be the guest blogger chef to conduct this 3.5 hours hands-on workshop - Magic Custard Cake and German Cookies. We have kept the class size small, maximum of 8 participants, to increase learning and success. I'll be sharing the technique of beating up a meringue and creaming method and of course the MAGIC of producing a 3 layers of different texture cake with just one batter!
